For example, if you register a domain through Papsoo Digital, we may receive domain registration status, registrar information, DNS records, and renewal information from a domain provider.

5. AI Assist and Nexvi Data Use
Papsoo Digital may provide AI-enabled services, including Nexvi AI Assist, website assistants, internal knowledge assistants, workflow assistants, document assistance, chat tools, summarization, content drafting, and automation support.
When you use AI Assist services, we may process prompts, questions, chat messages, uploaded documents, website content, knowledge base content, business process information, customer service information, AI-generated responses, feedback about AI outputs, usage logs, and performance data.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Papsoo Digital will not intentionally use your confidential business data submitted to Nexvi AI Assist to train general AI models owned by Papsoo.
However, AI Assist may rely on third-party AI models, APIs, infrastructure, or tools. Those third-party providers may process data according to their own terms, privacy policies, and data processing agreements.
You should not submit highly sensitive information into AI Assist unless Papsoo Digital has confirmed in writing that the specific AI workflow is approved for that type of data.
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it for business, legal, financial, medical, employment, compliance, or other important decisions.
8. Payment Information
Papsoo Digital may collect payment-related information to process purchases, subscriptions, invoices, renewals, deposits, and service fees.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors. Papsoo Digital generally does not store full credit card numbers unless specifically required and supported by a compliant payment system.
9. Domain Registration and Hosting Information
When you register, transfer, renew, or manage a domain through Papsoo Digital, certain information may be shared with domain registrars, registries, ICANN-related services, WHOIS/RDAP systems, DNS providers, and hosting providers.
This information may include registrant name, organization, email address, phone number, mailing address, domain name, DNS records, technical contact information, administrative contact information, and billing contact information.
Hosting services may also generate server logs, access logs, error logs, email logs, resource usage records, malware scan results, backup records, and security event data.
10. Client Project Data
Papsoo Digital may process Customer Content and Customer Data to complete client projects. This may include website copy, images and logos, product or service information, customer lists, staff information, form submissions, CRM records, booking data, documents, database records, user account information, internal business processes, support ticket information, and technical credentials provided by the customer.
Customer is responsible for ensuring that it has the legal right to provide this information to Papsoo Digital and for providing required notices and obtaining required consents from its own users, employees, customers, and contacts.
11. Sensitive and Regulated Information
Papsoo Digital does not want customers to submit sensitive or regulated information unless it is necessary for the service and Papsoo Digital has agreed in writing.
Sensitive or regulated information may include protected health information, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, biometric data, precise geolocation data, children’s information, criminal history, legal case materials, highly sensitive employment information, and passwords or security credentials not shared through approved secure methods.
Papsoo Digital is not a HIPAA Business Associate unless a written Business Associate Agreement has been signed. Papsoo Digital is not a financial institution, medical provider, law firm, credit bureau, insurance provider, or regulated compliance provider.
12. Data Security
Papsoo Digital uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
These safeguards may include access controls, password protection, encryption where appropriate, secure hosting practices, logging and monitoring, malware and abuse detection, limited access based on business need, backup practices where included in the service, vendor review where appropriate, and internal security procedures.
No website, network, hosting environment, AI system, software platform, or method of transmission is completely secure. Customers are responsible for securing their own accounts, devices, passwords, users, local networks, email inboxes, and third-party platforms.
13. Data Retention
Papsoo Digital retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, complete projects, process payments, provide support, maintain business records, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, and support backups and disaster recovery.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information, service, legal requirements, and business needs. Backups may retain information for a limited period even after deletion from active systems.
14. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your location and relationship with Papsoo Digital, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, request a copy of, object to, restrict, or limit certain uses of personal information, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
